• Exploit bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities
• Submit spam, scams, malware, or misleading content
• Upload or link to malicious files (including datapacks)

Violations may result in removal of content, suspension, or permanent bans.

5. Minecraft Servers & Third-Party Content

Let’s Respawn is not responsible for:

• Third-party Minecraft servers listed on the platform
• Datapacks, plugins, mods, or downloads linked by users
• Downtime, data loss, or damages caused by third-party services

All third-party content is used at your own risk.

6. In-Game Services & Virtual Items

Any in-game items, ranks, perks, or rewards:

• Have no real-world monetary value
• Are non-transferable
• May be modified, reset, or removed at any time

Purchases (if applicable) are final unless required otherwise by law.

7. Moderation & Enforcement

We reserve the right to:

• Enforce rules across our website, servers, and platforms
• Take action without prior notice if necessary
• Interpret these Terms at our discretion

Moderation decisions are final.

8. Service Availability

We strive for uptime and stability, but Services are provided “as is”.
